Annual MCard holders
If you’ve got an Mcard, WYCA released this statement on 26th March 2020: The current approach is to extend the duration of the ticket MCard holders have bought so that any unused value can be used when things return to normal. Clearly, we don’t know when this will be and need time to establish the administrative and technical processes to do this within the challenges that the COVID-19 is imposing on all of us. We are therefore asking our customers to bear with us whilst we make the necessary arrangements
