Staying active during the second lockdown

Despite the news of a second lockdown not being the best, it’s important to look after yourself and remember the positives from the previous lockdown! To ensure that you can enjoy the outdoors over this month, remember in England that we can spend as much time outdoors as we wish. We’ve set out some recommendations to help you:

  • Wear appropriate layers
  • Wear headwear, heat easily escapes from your head
  • Stay hydrated and take a bottle of water with you, you’ll soon warm up if you’re exercising, even if you’re out for a gentle walk
  • Have something warm to look forward to when you get home!
