The Big Bike Revival for Key Workers

Cycling has been crucial for many key workers, ensuring they get to work safely whilst maintaining social distancing.

The Cycling UK website states that the Big Bike Revival for Key Workers scheme “provides funding and support so that independent bike shops, recycling centres and bike mechanics can offer free services to key workers”.

The free services that are available include: Bike safety checks, bike servicing and repairs, bike and equipment loans, Dr Bike sessions, free equipment and support and advice.

Cycling UK has the aim to reach thousands of key workers in England and Scotland with their free cycling services in spring and summer 2020.
